At The Bark Night, we want you and your pup to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll happily exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened food, treats, or personalised products may not be eligible for return.
